This mechanism further increases sureness. – Sure and Reliable Braking Functions (Mechanical Brake) KITO’s unique braking mechanism, which has a strong braking power, works instantly when operation is stopped and holds load securely. Moreover, it maintains stability and durability. Little manual power is needed and smooth operation is always obtained, especially when load is being lowered. – Stopper Prevents Excessive Lowering Stopper assembly prevents from excessive lowering of load and also keeps load chain from exiting if over lowered. When you feel a noticeable increase in pull force to lower load you may realize that you cannot lower load any further. – Ultra Strong Load Chain Load chains, the other component comprising heart of the chain hoist, are made of an exclusively developed, heat treated special steel alloy. Carefully selected special alloy steel is processed entirely at KITO’s completely automated production facilities under the most stringent quality control standards. All of chains thus produced have a uniformly high breaking stress of 1000N/ mm (100kgf/mm). They have excellent quality including toughness and resistance to wear. – Hooks for Easy Work specially heat treated top and bottom hooks have enough strength and toughness for even hard job. The design of the bottom hook, with relatively large dimensions, makes it easy to stabilize load in proper position.
