Description
The NIBCO® ductile iron butterfly valve is tailor-made to fulfill the demanding needs of automatic sprinkler systems. It features an innovative EPDM seat liner integrated with a ductile iron disc to guarantee a bubble-tight closure at the specified pressure. The valve’s internal stem/disc geometric drive design removes the requirement for pins or bolts, thus preventing leak paths and waterway turbulence. Additionally, it includes an extended neck that supports up to 2 inches of insulation.
