ANSUL? MET-L-X Dry Powder Suppressing Agent may be used on sodium, potassium, sodium-potassium alloy, and
magnesium fires. In addition, it will control and sometimes suppress small fires on zirconium and titanium.

MET-L-X Agent can be discharged through hose lines and is available in hand portable, wheeled, stationary, and piped system extinguishers ranging from 30 lb to 2000 lb.

MET-L-X Agent is a free-flowing dry powder composed of a salt base. Other additives, including a polymer for sealing
burning metals, enhance the agent’s heat caking and/or crusting performance.
